About the Role

The Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and executing a broad range of client projects, including paid media campaigns. This role involves comprehensive collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively from initiation to closure. The Project Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing project strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring the achievement of project milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project life cycles, ensuring successful completion within budget and time constraints.

  • Proactively work on growing existing client accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and developing strategies to increase client engagement and satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, delivering customized solutions that align with their objectives.

  • Actively participate in the hands-on implementation of project components, applying a practical approach to problem-solving and execution.

  • Develop and manage paid media campaigns, using expertise in this field to maximize client satisfaction and project success.

  • Oversee and coordinate diverse teams, including marketing, analytics, and technical staff, to achieve project objectives.

  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenditures and ensuring financial efficiency.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement to enhance project outcomes.

  • Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging innovation and a high standard of work among team members.

  • Employ project management tools and methodologies to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure efficient project execution.

  • Maintain consistent and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

  • Perform any other tasks as needed, adapting to new challenges and responsibilities as they arise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, with a focus on handling paid media projects.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and paid media strategies.

  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).

  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in applying them in project management.
