We’re looking for a Paid Media Coordinator to join our team and support a diverse retail portfolio. This role is perfect for someone early in their digital marketing career, eager to build expertise in performance marketing while contributing to measurable client success.
As a Paid Media Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in executing and optimizing campaigns across various channels, including SEM and Paid Social. You’ll collaborate closely with our team of marketing professionals to ensure performance goals are met while honing your skills in digital advertising, reporting, and client communication.

Exigences
Assist in executing Paid Media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Microsoft Ads.
Monitor and optimize performance to ensure campaigns meet KPIs such as ROAS and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for SEM, Paid Social, and email marketing.
Prepare detailed campaign reports, analyzing key metrics to provide actionable insights.
Support client communication by sharing updates, responding to requests, and participating in performance reviews.
Coordinate with internal teams to align media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1 year + of experience in Paid Media (SEM or Paid Social).
Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other Paid Media platforms.
Familiarity with web analytics tools like GA4.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fast learner & go-getter attitude.
Nice to Have:
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads or any other ad platform.
Experience working with eCommerce platforms like Shopify or Magento.
Proficiency with reporting tools like Looker.
Familiarity with feed management tools.
