As a Senior Magento Developer at Retailogists, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of Magento 2 eCommerce platforms. Your expertise in Magento development will be pivotal in creating high-performing, scalable, and secure online stores that offer exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and deliver solutions that drive business success
Exigences
Lead the development and customization of Magento 2 websites, ensuring best practices and high coding standards.
Design and implement new features and functionalities, optimizing website performance and scalability.
Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of web designs and user experiences.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality code and adherence to development guidelines.
Manage integrations with third-party services and APIs, enhancing site functionality and user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and security of the eCommerce platforms.
Stay abreast of the latest Magento developments and technology trends, recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of professional experience in Magento development, including custom module development, theme customization, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
Strong understanding of eCommerce business processes and requirements.
Experience with Magento 2 cloud infrastructure and scalability best practices.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment workflows.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead projects and collaborate with team members.
