We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our team and lead a growing retail portfolio located in Montreal.
You will be at the forefront of developing and executing digital marketing strategies for a diverse retail client portfolio across multiple platforms—including Meta, Google, Bing, X, Reddit and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities
Implement strategies for paid media across all channels in your client portfolio.
Execute and optimize campaigns on platforms like (but not exclusive to) Google, Meta, and Microsoft Ads.
Analyze, optimize and report on campaign performance to meet client objectives.
Foster strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and timely execution.
Facilitate performance check-ins with internal and external partners.
Provide strategic support to senior leadership.
Establish processes to ensure objectives are met and resources are used effectively
Manage multiple projects independently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Drive online sales growth for clients through performance marketing.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
3+ years in Paid Media management (SEM & Social) with a focus on eCommerce.
2+ years experience with Shopify, Commerce Manager and Google Merchant Center
2+ years experience with web analytics platforms like GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
1+ years experience with X, Reddit, or LinkedIn ads.
Proficient in reporting tools such as Looker, PowerBI, and Datorama.
Familiarity with ChatGPT to enhance productivity.
Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset.
Nice to Have:
Certifications in either Google Ads, Blueprint, Klaviyo, GMC, or GA4.
Proficiency in Shopify or Magento.
Experience with Klaviyo.
Knowledge of feed management for GMC and Commerce Manager via partners like Feedonomics or apps like DataFeedWatch & Multifeeds.
