About the Role

We're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Retail Tech Growth Hunter based in Florida to spearhead new client acquisition. This is a hunter role—ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the retail industry and a proven track record in selling technology-driven solutions to retailers. You’ll play a critical role in expanding Retailogists’ footprint in the U.S. market. While the role is remote, we require someone based in Florida to anchor regional growth.

This is a high-impact, performance-based opportunity with a modest base salary and a generous commission structure that rewards results. Perfect for someone looking to take ownership and build something meaningful in the retail tech space.


Responsibilities

  • Candidate must be based in Florida USA

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B business development or sales in retail tech or consulting

  • Deep understanding of the retail landscape and common pain points

  • Proven track record to close six-figure + deals with retail brands

  • Strong knowledge of: POS systems, retail analytics, AI applications, eCommerce/web, and supply chain tech

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Experience with or connections in the apparel segment is a strong plus

  • Self-starter with a high tolerance for ambiguity and a bias toward action

Qualifications

  • Based in Florida with the ability to work remotely

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B business development or sales in retail tech or consulting
