About Us
Retailogists scales retail businesses as a true growth partner, accountable for measurable business outcomes, not deliverables. We build the strategy, then execute the roadmap ourselves. Our team spans every function that moves the P&L: sales, marketing, operations, finance, and technology, working as one to drive profitable growth. Alongside our growth partner practice, we build and sell our own tech products (Avia, Orca, Kora, and what's next), each one born out of a real client problem.
About the Role
About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and, most importantly, exceptional critical-thinking skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncharted territory.
As a Lead Product Manager with a Supply Chain Management (SCM) background, you will work across the full spectrum of supply chain, retail operations, and technology for an assigned portfolio of clients. You will be expected to leverage your experience to define, present, and execute technology roadmaps anchored in tangible business outcomes.
Every roadmap should be tied to clear North Star metrics and measurable improvements to the client's P&L, whether through revenue growth, margin improvement, inventory optimization, productivity gains, or cost reduction.
You will work within a squad structure alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team of data engineers, software developers, systems integrators, data scientists, and technology specialists. As the lead, you will establish the vision, define priorities, build the business case, and guide the team through execution.
The ideal candidate has the experience and leadership capability to build, implement, and continuously improve a large-scale supply chain and retail technology roadmap for major retailers.
Why Join Us
Work directly with C-levels and decision-makers at leading retail businesses, starting from day one
Own a book of business outright: the strategy, the execution, the P&L, and the results
See what's working across a portfolio of retailers, not just one, and build pattern recognition no in-house role can give you
Turn struggling businesses around and take them back to growth, repeatedly, across a range of retail models
Work alongside a dynamic team of A players, where everyone is visibly good at their job and the bar stays high
Fast-paced, low-bureaucracy, performance-based environment where results are directly rewarded, and the company is growing fast enough that your scope grows with it
Influence the roadmap of Avia, Orca, Kora, and future products through direct, real-world client exposure
Five days a week together in our Old Port office, because the work is better in the same room, and lunch is on us every Friday with the whole team
Responsibilities
Define the SCM, retail operations, and technology strategy for a portfolio of clients and present recommendations to executive leadership teams and Boards of Directors.
Build a clear business case for every major initiative on the roadmap, quantifying expected revenue unlocked, costs removed, margin improvement, productivity gains, or operational efficiencies, and measure the realized impact after implementation.
Lead complex digital transformation programs and systems integration initiatives from strategy through implementation, go-live, and optimization.
Oversee initiatives involving platforms such as eCommerce, OMS, WMS, POS, ERP, PIM, inventory management, fulfilment systems, and data platforms, including the integrations between them.
Establish, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships with multiple best-of-breed software providers across the SCM ecosystem, ensuring strong vendor relationships, preferred access to expertise and capabilities, and the ability to assemble the right technology stack for each client.
Continuously evaluate emerging SCM platforms and technology vendors, maintain a strong understanding of their capabilities, limitations, commercial models, and integration requirements, and recommend the most appropriate solutions for each client environment.
Determine the right solution architecture based on the client's needs, whether through best-of-breed software integrations, custom software development, or a combination of both.
Translate strategic objectives into executable workstreams for multidisciplinary technology squads and ensure delivery remains aligned with the original business case.
Own a portfolio of client accounts end to end, including strategy, execution, commercial performance, and business results.
Own the P&L of each engagement by monitoring margin, utilization, scope, delivery costs, and potential scope creep.
Manage billable performance across assigned accounts and meet agreed utilization and revenue targets.
Improve client performance across systems, inventory, fulfilment, stores, warehouses, and operational processes, going beyond scope delivery to demonstrate measurable business impact.
Identify expansion, upsell, and additional transformation opportunities within the assigned client portfolio.
Continuously reprioritize workstreams as business requirements, technical dependencies, operational constraints, and client priorities evolve across concurrent engagements.
Stay ahead of developments in retail and supply chain technology, including AI-enabled operations, unified commerce, automation, inventory optimization, new fulfilment models, and platform shifts, and proactively translate those developments into actionable opportunities for clients and our internal SCM products ORCA,AVIA and KORA
Build and maintain executive-level program dashboards covering roadmap progress, business KPIs, account health, utilization, billables, risks, financial performance, and realized business value.
Present program performance and recommendations to client leadership teams, executive committees, and Boards at the appropriate cadence.
Capture client-driven insights, operational pain points, product gaps, and emerging requirements and translate them into actionable technology initiatives
