Responsibilities
Support eCommerce Business Strategy: Work closely with the Product Manager to create, implement, and refine strategies that grow clients’ eCommerce businesses.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure product alignment with business objectives.
Set Up and Manage Paid Media Campaigns: Assist in creating and optimizing ad campaigns across search and social channels to drive client performance.
Email Marketing Automation: Build and manage workflows, ensuring email strategies align with client goals.
Customer Experience Optimization: Set up and enhance tools to deliver top-notch customer service experiences.
Management of Web Development: Manage the development of features such as Buy Now Pay Later, back-in-stock notifications, and subscription models to boost client revenue.
Platform Migrations: Support web migrations and the development of new eCommerce sites.
Optimize Operations and Logistics: Help improve inventory management, shipping processes, and overall logistics for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Strategic Client Initiatives: Advise on and help implement client initiatives like omni-channel integrations, marketplace expansions, and more.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor performance metrics to analyze results and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
