About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Avia sales team. This is a role with massive growth potential for someone with entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong drive to succeed. As a BDE, you will be responsible for generating high-volume leads, qualifying prospects, and building a strong pipeline. You will be the first point of contact for many potential clients, so this role is ideal for someone with a strong personality, eager to grow quickly and take on increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in the retail sector, effectively communicating Avia’s value proposition and generating initial interest.

  • Drive high-volume outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach, to generate qualified leads for Avia products.

  • Continuously optimize outreach strategies and enhance performance based on feedback, results, and self-driven improvements.

  • Qualify leads by evaluating their business needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making processes.

  • Collaborate with business development leadership to nurture and convert leads into closed opportunities.

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline progression.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to engage prospects and drive conversations.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the company at social events.

  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with a track record of success.

  • High entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating a passion for ownership and rapid growth within the organization.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and drive business opportunities.

  • Experience with in-store traffic counters or similar technologies is a significant advantage.
