The project aims to precisely optimize order fulfillment and markdowns based on forecasted demand and real-time inventory levels.
At the heart of this initiative is the goal to optimize ALDO Group's supply chain operations, while enhancing retail revenue and boosting profitability. To accomplish this, we're making strategic use of machine learning and operational research techniques. We're not just working on another tech upgrade; we're striving to fundamentally alter the way ALDO Group, a leading Canadian fashion retailer, approaches its business operations. This advanced Revenue Management System is designed to fully integrate with ALDO's existing systems and workflows, enabling real-time analytics and optimization of supply chain processes.
Our team is proud to collaborate with industry leaders such as IVADO Labs and ITL Group in this endeavour. This consortium, supported by a $3.6 million investment from SCALE AI and a total investment pool of $9.3 million, is committed to redefining retail technology and its applications.
